Take some foam board and cover it with the fake snow fabric (which is on clearance right now), after the glue is dry it might take a day or so, you are ready to play.
Seeing that the Polar Bears and Penguins are together I'm guessing they relocated the Polar Bears since their polar caps are melting :)
