Animal Beads
Pipe Cleaners
Math Facts cards ( I used the Princess ones Polar Bear girl has, but you could make your own or use dice)
To Play/Make:
Have child pick a Math Fact Card of the day
Have child pick a pipe cleaner and count out first number of beads, string beads on pipe cleaner
Have child string second number of beads on the pipe cleaner
Push the beads together
Have Child count the beads (ex: 7) and then say the math fact (ex: 2+5=7)
Then they can wear their bracelet saying the math fact of the day: (ex: 2+5=7)
We did this in the PreK room when I was a PreK teacher by the end of the year they had a whole supply of Math Facts Bracelets home with math facts they learned.
You could also just do this with a number of the day. Roll a Dice or pick out a number card and have your child place the correct number of beads on the bracelet.
